TEW Design Studio Relocates to Apex
In the world of design, change is often a sign of growth and innovation. For TEW Design Studio, this is certainly the case. This transition marks a significant milestone for our company, and Founder, Rima Nasser, of TEW Design Studio who sat down with Anais Roller and shared some exciting insights into what this move means for TEW Design Studio and its clients.
Q: Rima, congratulations on the new studio space! Can you tell us more about why you decided to make this move?
Rima Nasser: Thank you! We’re really excited about this new chapter. Our previous space had served us well, but we had simply outgrown it. As our client base expanded and our projects became more ambitious, we realized we needed more room—not just for our growing team, but also to accommodate storage for our products. It became clear that a bigger, more versatile space was essential to continue delivering the high-quality service and products our clients expect.
Q: The new location in Apex sounds ideal. What were the key factors in choosing this area?
Rima Nasser: Absolutely, Apex checked all the boxes for us. We were looking for a space that offered a commercial dock and warehouse area to streamline our storage needs. The size of the front house was also a crucial factor for the space we chose because we wanted enough room to comfortably host future events and workshops. The Apex location not only met these requirements but also offered a quieter environment with outdoor space, which is perfect for hosting engaging events and gatherings. It’s a great balance between functionality and ambiance.
Q: With the move to a larger space, how do you plan to enhance client experiences at the new studio?
Rima Nasser: We’re thrilled about the possibilities. One of the standout features of our new studio is the object’s area, where clients can browse and shop for unique shopping objects directly from our inventory. This hands-on approach will allow them to be more involved in the styling process, choosing items that perfectly complement their vision. Our goal is to give clients the ultimate experience when they visit for their design needs, such as offering refreshments and champagne as one would in a high-end clothing store. We believe this will make the design experience more interactive and enjoyable for our clients.
Q: Can you share more about the types of events you plan to host in the new studio?
Rima Nasser: Certainly! We’re looking forward to hosting a range of events, from workshops that offer design tips and trends to networking events that bring together creatives and clients. Our goal is to create a vibrant community space where people can connect, learn, and be inspired. We’re also planning an open house in a couple of months to showcase our new space and share more exciting developments. This is a great opportunity for everyone to see firsthand how our growth has been reflected in our new office.
Q: What are you most excited about as you transition into this new studio?
Rima Nasser: I’m most excited about the potential for deeper client engagement and the ability to host more dynamic and diverse events. The new space gives us the flexibility to expand our offerings and enhance our services. It’s also a chance for us to really showcase our growth and innovation. We’re eager to see how our clients will interact with the new features of the studio and how it will help us push the boundaries of design.
Q: Lastly, what can clients and visitors expect when they come to the new studio for the open house?
Rima Nasser: They can expect a celebration of our journey and growth. The open house will be an opportunity to explore the new studio, experience the objects area, and engage with our team. We’ll have interactive displays, design demos, and plenty of opportunities to connect. We want everyone to feel the energy and excitement we have for this new space and see how it enhances our ability to serve them better.
As TEW Design Studio embarks on this exciting new phase, it’s clear that the move to Apex is more than just a change of address—it’s a strategic enhancement to better serve clients and foster a vibrant design community. We’re looking forward to seeing how this new chapter of continued success and creativity unfolds in our new home.
Stay tuned for updates and be sure to mark your calendars for the open house—this is one event you won’t want to miss!
