This Chapel Hill, N.C. home had not been updated since it was built in 1993. TEW reconfigured the kitchen and primary bathroom to create more functional, enjoyable spaces with better natural light, improved entertaining flow, and a more usable primary bath.

- A custom bar made for hosting – with a antiqued mirror, shelves, and drawer storage
- The marble island in the kitchen creates sleek, clean lines for a modern feel
- Custom designed built-ins and storage solutions for a light and airy kitchen, adding function and ease of use
- Mood lighting – In the primary bath, custom floating cabinets with undercabinet lighting light the floor for the perfect mood lighting
- A wet room with a luxury spa feel – we used a herringbone tile with variation of color to create movement throughouth the large open space
